ANSWER: Near the bottom of every product page is a blue “Add-to-Cart” button — click on the button to add the item to your shopping cart. You will then be taken to the ordering page.
QUESTION: How do I download my items?
ANSWER: Immediately after you order you will see the download links for the items you purchased. In addition, you will receive an email from us that contains your download links. Ordering is very quick and easy.
QUESTION: I ordered a store installation from you — what’s next?
ANSWER: Check your email. An email will be sent to you that contains the dropshipper information and other information from us.
QUESTION: Which credit cards do you accept?
ANSWER: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. All credit card orders are processed securely via PayPal. A PayPal account is NOT required to order from us. All you need is your credit card.
QUESTION: How long have you been in business?
ANSWER: We’ve been in business since 2000 (over 20 years now), helping New Age businesses around the world with various products and services. We are a Verified Member with PayPal since April 16th, 2000.
QUESTION: How do we get our company listed in “The New Age Wholesale Directory” or “The New Age Dropship Directory“?
ANSWER: If you are a wholesaler or dropshipper for New Age / Metaphysical products, you may fill out our Submission Form. If accepted, you will get a free listing in our directory. We only accept true wholesale companies that are New Age related. No retailers; wholesale companies only, please.
